Over my 10 years of experience working in different therapeutic settings as well as with different populations, I began to notice some connecting questions around therapy. The intention/purpose of this channel/videos is to just put some information out there which hopefully is beneficial for anyone who views it. There has been some positive momentum over the years in helping decrease the stigma of people reaching out for help with their mental health and I just wanted to add some wind to the sails and keep the momentum going.
